I had a very average experience with Brooks Creek Cedar INC. The quality of their cedar products was decent, but nothing exceptional. The customer service was satisfactory, although I did encounter a few issues with communication. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, but it definitely wasn't great either.
