This location is one of the most inconsistent places around. I have had excellent service and meals here. Likewise, I have had some of the most disappointing. My most recent visit came with a cold cut of meat and lukewarm Au Jus. The manager did stop by to see how everything was but he didn't give us any consideration for the lackluster service or product. We have learned in the past that anything needing to be sent back will take time and disrupt the flow of the meal for your party.
