I recently booked a tour with a company for a trip to Kerala. Overall, the experience was good. The tour was well-organized, and everything went smoothly. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of communication from the company. I had to reach out to them multiple times for information, and their response time was not great. However, once I was on the tour, all the arrangements were excellent.
