😃 I've been a customer of Padre South Homeowners Association for a few years now and I couldn't be happier with their services. The management team is always friendly and helpful, and they do a fantastic job of maintaining the community. The landscaping is beautiful and well-maintained, and the common areas are always clean. The HOA fees are reasonable and they provide great amenities such as a swimming pool and playground.
