I had a mixed experience with Astra Tobacco CORP. While their products are of good quality, their customer support needs improvement. I had an issue with one of my orders and it took some time to get it resolved. However, once I reached out to their higher management, they were very helpful and resolved the issue promptly. Overall, I would rate them average.
