I was having dinner at this place with a group of friends. Despite some critical reviews I trusted one of my friends who knew about the new management. Well I already knew the place and it is a very fascinating historical place on the Arno bank. The restaurant, now run by a very pleasant and hospitable couple, appears with a personal touch from the new owners. The cook is very good and made us dine in a really satisfying way. Minimum waiting times despite the place being quite full. Noteworthy Tuscan appetizer. Pasta with delicious wild boar ragout and perfect Florentine steak. Correct bill for the meal. Not to be missed.
