I have been a customer of Mccormick Insurance Solutions for many years and I must say their service is average. While they are not the best, they do an okay job in providing insurance solutions. The rates are competitive and the customer service is satisfactory. However, there were a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected to get a response from their team. Overall, I would rate them as an average insurance company.
