Redpack is an average company. Their services are satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. I have been using their services for a few years now and I haven't had any major problems. The shipping process is smooth and the packages arrive on time. However, their customer service could be better. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response from them, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would say that Redpack is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
