Pappa Joe is an average company with decent products. I have been a customer for over a year now and I must say that their customer service could use some improvement. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of products. However, the quality of their products is not always consistent. Some items are excellent while others are just average. Overall, I would rate Pappa Joe as an average company.
