I had an average experience with Lightyear wireless. Their website wirelessclark.com was easy to navigate and find information about their products and services. However, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. I had some issues with my billing and it took quite a long time to get them resolved. The coverage was decent in most areas, but there were some dead zones where I would lose signal. Overall, Lightyear wireless is an okay company, but they have room for improvement in terms of their customer service.
