I had an average experience with Prevatte's Home Sales. The staff was friendly but lacked some knowledge about the properties they were selling. The process was relatively smooth, but there were a few hiccups along the way that could have been avoided with better communication. Overall, I'm satisfied with my new home, but I believe there is room for improvement in their services.
