I was a couple times in this company making delivery, and I never had a problem. But today I was amazed with the lady who is working at the shipping desk. I came at 6 a.m. appointment they gave me dock right away, they start with loading right away. It was done for half hour. One guy came out to let me know that I need to go to office to sign paperwork even if they were not done with loading. So I went,sign paperwork and I go back to truck. By the time I was back to the truck they were done with loading .I waited more than one hour to get green light.When I get green light I pulled the truck from the dock and I noticed my straps was missing. So I go inside to the shipping Lady, to tell her that I need my straps back. Then she told me why i didn't left yet! HELLO, I didn't left because I didn't have a green light on the dock, that was my answer. She answerd I will never give you the paperwork if you are not ready to go.OMG! I hope that someone will read this review and explain to this lady that the signal light on the dock have some purpose,it's not over there just as a decoration! I left at 8 a.m. Today's date is 04/10/2019.
