I had a mixed experience with Southern California Clinical and Translational Science Institute. Overall, their services were average. The website was easy to navigate and had useful information. However, the response time for queries was quite slow. I also found the customer support to be lacking. They could improve their communication and responsiveness to enhance the overall experience.
