I've had nothing but problems dealing with our community association manager. NEVER has Irma Ozegovic responded timely. And when I say timely - I'm currently dealing with an issue I inquired about 11/6/17, I had to send 3 follow up emails before I got a response and it was from someone else on the email stating that Irma needed to handle this. Irma finally responded 11/13/17 stating it would take some time to research. Understanding this I did not "follow up" again until 1/11/18. Received a message from Irma on 1/18/18 just stating she tried to call although we've been communicating via email. No information provided. I returned the call the next morning after I heard the message and nothing. I tried again on 2/6/18 and we spoke. Surprisingly her question was as if we had never communicated about this. Asked me what this was about. Seemingly starting from the beginning as if nothing had been done. May have been, but after explaining I sent a follow up email recapping our discussion (for documentation). Nothing since. (3 months). This is just my current issue as there have been a couple in the past. In past frustrations I was able to discuss my concerns with Marcel Scheel(?), apparently her boss. Again, due to not responding. That one was resolved shortly afterward. When it happened again I included him in the email, no assistance.
I've only used this forum twice (the other time to praise a great dentist) I don't typically like to blast people or companies on line. Usually have some other recourse. I will be discussing with my community but that may take some time to get rid of them and the consistent poor customer service needs to be shared. Although I see it has, with a rating of one star. The one start rating I provided was for the assistants who have been as helpful as they can but unable to resolve the issues I've had. That is up to the "community association manager". By the way, this is about funds that belong to me from 2011 that was not cashed but turned over to the new association (SUHRCO). If nothing else, I believe the funds should have been reported to unclaimed property per WA state RCWs, which I checked before contacting SUHRCO.
