I recently tried some poffertjes at a local food festival and they were amazing! The mini pancakes were cooked to perfection - light, fluffy, and delicious. I loved the powdered sugar sprinkled on top, it added just the right amount of sweetness. The service was great too, the staff was friendly and efficient. Overall, a fantastic experience!
