I recently had a shipment delivered by e-can.com.tw and I must say I was quite disappointed. The delivery was delayed and when my package finally arrived, it was damaged. The customer service was not helpful at all in resolving the issue. They were unresponsive and did not seem to care about my concerns. I would not recommend using Taiwan Pelican Express for your shipping needs.
