Attending classes at this studio has greatly improved my yoga practice. The instructors are excellent, providing clear and detailed instructions for each pose. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, allowing for a focused and relaxing experience. The class sizes are small, which allows for personalized attention and adjustments.
