Being a long-time customer of Transcom ISP, I have had a mixed experience. The internet speed is good, but there have been instances where the connection has been unstable. The customer support team is generally responsive, although there have been a few instances where it took longer than expected to get a resolution. Overall, I would say the service is decent.
