I had a mixed experience with Tortech electronics. The customer service was great, they were very responsive and helpful in answering my questions. However, I was not impressed with the quality of their products. I purchased a laptop charger and it stopped working after just a few months. It was disappointing and I expected better from a company like Tortech. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
