I've had a mixed experience with Cavroc. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were not up to par. The website is well-designed and the checkout process was smooth. However, I had to wait longer than expected for my order to arrive. The customer service team was apologetic and offered a partial refund for the delay, which was appreciated. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, but there is definitely room for improvement.
