Last December I woke up and suddenly my neck / shoulders were completely stuck. I walked around with this for a few days, I could not go up or down, even looking left / right did not work and certainly did not sleep. I couldn't bear it when Jeroen van Fysiorijswijk called, since I couldn't go into the holidays like that. I could go the same afternoon, very nice. Once there, it turned out to be my monk's muscle. This could continue for a while and it would eventually pass by itself, but Jeroen suggested Dry Needling, because I was suffering so much. This would hurt for a while and then it would ease the pain and calm down. Well, it certainly hurt, I went completely crazy! After some of these very nasty and nasty jabs, I already felt the muscle relax a bit. Then a massage from Jeroen to loosen things up a bit. I went home and the next day it was a lot more pleasant to wake up! After a week the pain was almost over and my muscles were relaxed again. Although the punctures were extremely annoying and painful, I would do it again soon! Jeroen, you are a winner!
