I have been a customer of the water department for several years and I can confidently say that they provide a satisfactory service. The water quality is good and I rarely face any supply issues. The customer service representatives are usually helpful and respond in a timely manner. However, there have been a couple of instances where it took longer than expected to get a resolution to my problems. Despite that, I am happy with the overall service.
