I had a pretty average experience with Matteo. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the customer service could have been better. I had a few questions about their products and it took quite some time to get a response. Overall, the quality of their products is decent, but I expected more for the price. I don't think I will be becoming a regular customer.
