I am a long time customer of Luxor CRM and I must say their service is average. The features they offer are good but there is room for improvement. The user interface is user-friendly which makes navigation easy. However, I have noticed some glitches in the system which are quite frustrating. Overall, I would rate Luxor CRM as average and I hope they continue to work on enhancing their platform.
