Horrible brokerage. We contracted a load for a pickup at Kroger Warehouse in Florence KY to Kroger Delta Warehouse Memphis. Load had Kroger route number. Appointment was for 0200 and driver checks on at 0100 and is told they receive from 1500-2300 and signs the BOL refused. Brokerage messed up and refused to pay any detention or layover. The broker associate we wished with was Jason Carter. He obviously seemed disinterested in doing his job with diligence or even any energy. The associated that we contacted during the night were Tyler Duke and Justin Taylor and they at least tried to help.

If the issue within R E Garrison is a lack of enthusiasm or work diligence by broker associates causing issues with loads, get rid of the dead wood.
