I've been competing in powerlifting for years, but I had never heard of American Drug-Free Powerlifting Assoc until a friend recommended it. Participating in their competitions has been a game-changer for me. The level of competition is high, and the atmosphere is always encouraging. I'm grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this community.
