Charlie was easy to contact and very responsive. Large, old trees were removed and shrubs planted promptly. We had requested that the mulch bed level be somewhat raised. When they were finished, the level was flat or almost concave.
I contacted Charlie about this. He apologized for the miscommunication to the team, and scheduled the work to be properly completed as soon as the heavy rains cleared.
