Overall, my experience with Ashford.com has been average. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service was lacking. The selection of products was decent, but I was disappointed with the quality of the item I purchased. The shipping was fast, though. I would consider shopping at Ashford.com again, but I would be cautious about the quality of the product.
