Javi Review of Telenetwork

Telenetwork is the kind of place a kid out of highschool should work because they have no other qualifications. If you have some kind of technical expertise this will tide you over for 6 months until you find something better.
They sell you on the benefits because the underlying core of the company is not a good one. They keep most of the money the client sends them at the top instead of passing it down to the employees who handle the to-be-expected outages.
The advancement opportunities are there but you basically accept that you will be doing 300% more work than you should be for pay that definitely doesn't match.
One person revealed to me they had not received a pay raise for 4 years, which was shocking as they were one of the actual shining examples of customer service and amiability.
If you want to make some money for minimal effort, and roll the dice on getting a good team lead, go for it. But keep putting those applications out even after being hired.
If you're trying to get a technical position (not customer service), good luck saving that sinking ship; I hope they have moved on from the dated 2007 freeware they were using as a coverage system, because that's how they got an overtime-nonpayment lawsuit stuck on them in the first place.
