I had a really average experience with Convertkit. The user interface is pretty clunky and not very intuitive. It took me a while to figure out how to set up my email sequences. However, once I got the hang of it, it became easier to use. The customer support team was helpful and responsive when I had questions. Overall, Convertkit is an okay email marketing platform, but there are definitely better options out there.
