I had a complicated case so it was very very important to me to find a firm that I can trust with my case, and we all know how hard that is...so I started looking randomly until I came across Reiss the first think I did was I went true the previous customers reviews and for a second I couldn t believe the high rating that this firm have and I said to my self that can t be possible as A huge number of customers were making an overall rate of 4.9 stars( but now I am one of them) so I decided to give it a call to see what they have to offer...to be honest I was so impressed with the nice treatment professionalism caring and high level of knowledge that Ben inigo Jones could demonstrate after that I was at that Moment I was convinced to trust this firm with jmy case as I felt so comfortable to the level of knowledge that Jones could demonstrate, very smoothly and promptly I was assigned a case workers joe and Ina Eteva,the both was responsive and very helpful however I worked closely more with Ina who was so knowledgeable, so professional and so calm at all time despite me been in rush to get things done quicker, When Ina spoke to me for the first time I knew that she went through every single document I have shared with her, she even demonstrated that she understood my previous refused asylum case which has impressed me and gave me a boost of trust that I am in safe hands, Ina was always there to help whenever I tried to reach out to her about my case she was there to reply as quick as she could and when she couldn t reply on the day she always offered a sincere apology which I find very professional and it shows that she cares, another thing about Anna that makes her a great caseworker is that she is always calm and she has great listening and communication skills...I would definitely recommend the firm in general and Ina in particular and if I ever have any matter that requires legal help I would go for reiss, Thank you so much...I forgot one more thing when it comes to the prices they charge they are fair and they are the best they would never try to take advantage of your circumstances like most of others do.
