I had an average experience with Sunquest properties. Although the property itself was in good condition, I felt that the communication from the company was lacking. It took longer than expected to get responses to my inquiries, and there were a few issues with the paperwork that could have been avoided with better attention to detail. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better.
