I recently utilized 😐 terramardestinations.com as my destination management company and found the overall experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate and provided a decent amount of information. However, I wasn't overly impressed with the services provided. The communication could have been more efficient, as I had to follow up multiple times to clarify certain details. Additionally, there were a few hiccups during the planning process that were not handled as smoothly as I would have liked. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and professional.
