I recently had an average experience with the company. I visited their website hoping to find some useful information about process design, but I must say, I was a bit disappointed. The website seemed outdated and poorly designed, making it difficult for me to navigate and find the information I was looking for. 😐 Despite this, I decided to give the company a chance and contacted their customer support. The response time was reasonable, but the support team didn't feel very knowledgeable or helpful. They provided me with some generic advice that I could have easily found on my own. Overall, my experience with this company was just average. I would recommend them if you are in desperate need of assistance, but I believe there are better options out there. 🤷‍♀️
