I had a mixed experience with Warby Parker. While their website is easy to use and the selection of frames is good, I found the ordering process to be a bit confusing. It took a while for my glasses to arrive as well, which was frustrating. However, when I finally received them, the quality was great and they fit nicely. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, but there's room for improvement.
