As a CUSTOMER, I have found the services provided by Colbert County Board Education to be average. The website colbert.k12.al.us is easy to navigate and has useful information. However, I feel that the communication between the board and parents could be improved. There have been instances where important announcements were not promptly shared, causing confusion among students and parents.
