I recently bought a marine engine from this company and my experience was average. The product itself is decent and seems to be of good quality. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiry, and I felt like I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. The website was easy to navigate, which was a plus. The delivery of the product was also on time, so that was a positive aspect of my experience. Overall, I would say it's an average experience - the product is good, but the customer service could use some improvement.
