Over the years I have found Controlled Power Co. to be a sort of "family value" kind of business that treats customers like partners and family members who are encouraged to provide feedback after the fact, in order to help improve the overall order, installation and post installation support aspects of a project. Their products tend to be a fairly customized product solutions for a given application. Other customers in the industry routinely share that the products are very reliable, durable and configured to their exact requirements. I guess that's why CPC gets a lot of repeat business...
The new website is a marked improvement as well! Congrats on that update.
