I recently joined a Krav Maga class and it has been an amazing experience so far. The techniques taught are practical and useful for self-defense. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient, and they make sure to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. I am really impressed with their teaching methods and how they encourage us to push our limits. The facilities are clean and well-maintained.
