I cannot express enough how great the admission process is at Laurel Ridge Health Care Center. It isn t easy needing long term care for a loved one. Since we couldn t care for my mother ourselves it was critical to find a place to trust and ensure the best possible care. This meant research and asking lots of questions and each and every one was answered promptly by Shonda, the director of admissions.

You can tell when someone loves their job, it just radiates from them. Shonda put our minds at ease, handled herself professionally, quickly turned around the admissions paperwork, is a kind hearted soul with a great sense of humor.

It s not easy in a COVID environment to just trust a website. We are in a time where photos could be easily doctored to make a place look better than they actually are. It was relieving to see the building & grounds are as beautifully portrayed as the website displayed.The ambiance is both warm & welcoming.

Those first few interactions are critical in setting a tone for what s to follow. Thank you for making our experience a positive one Shonda. I know my mother is in good hands

My mother has been at Laurel Ridge for just a couple days now and she is overwhelmed with joy. She feels respected and alive again. She can t say enough positive things.
