I had a mixed experience with Teknova. Some aspects of their service were average, while others were great. I appreciate the prompt response from their customer support team when I had an issue. However, I found the user interface of their website to be a bit confusing and difficult to navigate. Overall, my experience with Teknova was satisfactory but there is room for improvement.
