As a customer, I found the level of service offered by the real estate company to be satisfactory. However, I did encounter some challenges with communication and responsiveness during the process. The website was informative, but I felt that the property listings could be more extensive and updated more frequently. The agents were professional and courteous, but there were some instances where I felt the attention to detail could have been improved. Overall, the experience was average, and I appreciated the efforts of the team in guiding me through the real estate transaction.
