We had one of our network computers with a hard drive crash so it made sense to have the drive cloned and replaced. We at first choose one of those fixed fee computer repair places and yes they transferred the data but could not clone the drive meaning we would have to spend hours reloading all the software. This didn't make sense so we decided to have Charvar take a look due to the time needed to get the PC operating, even Outlook would not work. I can't say enough about how pleased we were when Jim, the owner was able to clone the entire drive. Lesson learned, the lure of a cheaper price would have cost us substantially more in the end. We highly recommend Charvar Networks in Nanaimo and his competent staff, if you operate a business time is money!
