I am a long-time tenant at Wingate Apts and I must say, the experience has been average. The maintenance team is prompt in addressing requests, but the overall condition of the apartments could use some improvement. The rent is reasonable for the area, but the lack of amenities and outdated appliances make it feel less appealing compared to newer complexes.
