I recently interacted with a company that claimed to be a global innovation management firm. Although their website, thinkso.co.uk, was visually appealing and informative, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The customer service team lacked responsiveness and failed to address my concerns adequately. Considering the price I paid for their services, I expected better support.
