As a CUSTOMER, I had an average experience with Michael Heffernan. The website was easy to use, but I found the information provided to be lacking in detail. The product I purchased was satisfactory, but not exceptional. The customer service was decent, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, I think there is room for improvement.
