I recently joined Close Combat CO LLC and I'm blown away by the quality of instruction and the warm atmosphere of the gym. The trainers are excellent and really take the time to teach proper technique. The classes are well-structured and challenging, with a good mix of cardio, strength, and technique work. I'm loving my experience so far and would highly recommend Close Combat CO LLC to anyone looking to get into martial arts or improve their skills.
