I had a mixed experience with Long Term Care Ombudsman Srvs. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, there were also certain areas where they fell short. The staff was generally helpful and friendly, but I found their response times to be quite slow. It took several days for them to get back to me on important matters, which was frustrating. Additionally, I felt that the information they provided was sometimes incomplete or unclear. Overall, I would rate my experience with Long Term Care Ombudsman Srvs as average.
