I have had the opportunity to interact with the Youth One Stop Shop on several occasions and it has been a seamless experience each time. Their website, yoss.org.nz, is easy to navigate and provides a wealth of information. The staff is professional, understanding, and always eager to assist. I would highly recommend YOSS to any young person in need of support.
