I encountered some issues while working with Icthus Group. The response time was not as fast as I had expected, and at times, it took multiple follow-ups to get a resolution. However, once the issues were addressed, the results were satisfactory. I appreciate their effort in resolving the problems. While there are areas for improvement, I would still consider working with Icthus Group in the future.
